健康的にお酒と付き合うためには、飲んだお酒の量ではなく摂取した純アルコール量を知ることが重要です。
厚生労働省によると「節度ある適度な飲酒量」は、1日平均純アルコールで約20g程度です。
女性は男性に比べてアルコール分解速度が遅いので、男性の1/2~2/3程度が適当と考えられています。
また、『生活習慣病のリスクを高める飲酒量』を、1日当たりの純アルコール摂取量が男性で40g以上、女性で20g以上と定義しています。
1日当たりの純アルコール摂取量が60g以上だとアルコール依存性のリスクを高めます。
このアプリは、飲酒したお酒を記録することで純アルコール量を計算し、健康的にお酒を飲むために作りました。

How much is the proper amount?
There are considerable individual differences in the appropriate amount due to differences in body weight, gender, age, alcohol decomposition ability, etc.
According to the index shown by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, moderate and moderate drinking is about 20g of pure alcohol per day on average.
The amount of pure alcohol is expressed in grams (g) and is calculated by the following formula, taking into account the specific gravity of alcohol.
Amount of alcohol (ml) x alcohol content / 100 x 0.8 (specific gravity of alcohol) = pure alcohol amount (g)
Make a rest day
Drinking alcohol every day puts a strain on your liver. The mucous membranes of the digestive tract, such as the stomach and intestines, also become rough. Make about two rest days a week to rest your liver.
