QMSpot enables you to easily keep track of all important parameters, such as recurring checklists, cross-site audits and evaluations, permanent sensor monitoring, systematic device management and the creation or recording of staff training and training statuses.
The Modules:
MY - Administration module including document management and emergency management
With the MY module you can manage all important information such as reported defects, location data, contacts, contact data, administrators, users as well as your own emergency management. With the help of the central document management, you can allow access to and share company documents system wide. This gives you access to all your data anytime, anywhere. Selective task distribution allows you to assign tasks to individual users or entire groups and to schedule them as well.
CS – Checklist System
With this system, you can digitally display all operational checklists, whether cleaning lists or more complex processes such as lists of goods received, along with validation of the recorded data. Thanks to the CS module, you can provide your employees with cleaning schedules, work instructions and procedural instructions to help them carry out their tasks. All completed checklists are always automatically archived as a report and are available to you at any time for evaluation, comparison or external controls.
AS – Audit System
With the QMSpot audit system, you simplify and standardize all processes in your company, before, during and after an audit. Our AS module serves you as a multifunctional tool for statistics, reports and evaluations. You yourself determine the test criteria within your audit, store work instructions as well as procedural instructions and define CCP's (Critical Checkpoints). Use saved templates or use the data from the previous audit as the basis for the current capture.
ST – Sensor System
With the QMSpot sensor module, you can collect a wide variety of sensor data and measuring points from different manufacturers in your company. Whether temperatures, fluid levels, humidity, CO2 values of rooms, refrigerators, cold stores, dishwashers, counters or other IoT devices, with our ST module everything is within your grasp. The sensing and data acquisition can be done by different solutions: by permanent and automatic monitoring with G5 IoT sensors, by W-Lan sensors and/or Bluetooth beacons or by manual acquisition of single measuring points.
TA – Training Management
The TA module maps both your training status and that of your employees. And not just that. As an entrepreneur, you can create and manage the hygiene, BG and employee training courses that are relevant to you. The required training documents and participant lists are available at the push of a button.
DM – Device monitoring
Thanks to the device monitoring of QMSpot, all relevant data of your devices in operation are permanently recorded and documented. If a critical situation arises, you receive immediate notification and can act without losing time. Whether dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, deep fryer, steamer, bain-marie, coffee machine, etc., with our DM module you can monitor your appliances seamlessly and always be in full control.
