NXT HealthCenter app analytics for May 21

This application is the mobile version of a patient portal. It allows its users to see their medical data as it is imported and visible from their patient portal accounts. Among other features, the app allows the user to synchronize with Apple HealthKit, getting the Body Measurements, Activity, Vitals data recorded there and uploading it into the patient's account.
