Magnetti provides access to all types of parking locations across the country. Whether you’re taking the family to your favorite beach or park, or catching a flick at the city mall, the power is now in your hands to decide the fate of your parking search upon arrival. You will be able to arrive to your parking destination, knowing that your fellow Magnet is leaving their parking spot once you get there; No more circling around the building, playing musical chairs with other vehicles. It’s literally that simple!

Here’s how it works:
The enabler (or host) provides an estimate in departure from their parking location.
This time and location of departure from the enabler’s vehicle, is simultaneously located by mile radius in our map for respective seekers (or parking consumers). The enabler receives a parking request in real time from the seeker, and once accepted, both users will then secure a parking transaction.
The seeker obtains GPS access to the parking location of the enabler, and a real time, hassle / congestion proof parking transaction becomes introduced to your world. Yes; it puts a smile on our face, too. Keep reading! Through our integrated visual recognition (of each other’s vehicles), phone and chat system, enablers and seekers will be able to locate one another and experience the magnetization factor of our barrier breaking service.

By using this OurLakeTemp app, you help your lake association promote a healthier lake and lake community.
OurLakeTemp lets your lake Association offer you continuous in-situ surface water temperature. The in-situ temperature displayed in this app is a surface water temperature reported from one point on the lake every 15 minutes. In-Situ water measurements are not as expansive as satellite thermal imaging. But unlike satellite flyovers, in-situ temps are continuous and unencumbered by cloud cover. Indeed, in-situ measurements allow for reliable notifications alerting you to when a surface temperature reaches a new high early in the season or a new low later in the season. It’s interesting to instantaneously know what’s happening in your lake.
OurLakeTemp lets your lake association report lake data such as surface area, shoreline length, maximum depth, average depth as well as reported A.I.S. Lake Associations are also uniquely qualified to piece together your lake’s ice-in and ice-out history.
OurLakeTemp lets your lake association promote lake health through conservation and AIS mitigation messaging.
OurLakeTemp helps your lake association spread the word with announcements and events that promote strong community.
It’s likely that your lake doesn’t appear on this app yet. Simply share this app with a board member of your lake association. They’ll need to:
Enroll: They download OurLakeTemp App from Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. They go to the Menu. From there, they go to Lake Association Login and then SIGNUP Page.
Get Equipped: Lake associations then procure and install the Wi-Fi enabled temperature probe on a dock. It connects to a modem at a range of up to 1000 feet. The hardware includes a battery that will last several years. So once installed, the device should not require maintenance during the season.
Spread the word: Lake associations then announce the effort at events, in their newsletter, word of mouth as well as the share function incorporated in the app itself.
Communicate: Your residents then make your lake the app's home page. With a touch of a button, they will easily access announcements alongside lake data, ice-out history, water temperature and current weather. Associations have the option to run their banners or offer the ad space to their commercial members as a perk.
