メールの受信先によっては、添付ファイルが文字化けしたり、改行されなかったりするので、下記の４種類のCSVファイルを作成しますので問題が起きないCSVファイルを選択して下さい。
1. UTF-8 LF
2. UTF-8 CRLF
3. SHIFT-JIS LF
4. SHIFT-JIS CRLF
