We collect height, weight, age, gender, sleep, activity, mindful minutes, water, caffeine from Health App to accurately analyze your lifestyle and give you qualitative recommendations.
Charisma uses HealthKit to export your activities into the Health app and to read your lifestyle data like activity, water and sleep.
Data may be shared with Firebase, Facebook, but all third parties comply with our privacy policy
You can delete your data at any time by deleting your account or send the request to us to help@mycharisma.app
Subscription terms: a Trial period is available for monthly and annual subscriptions up to 7 days.
The cost of Charisma+ auto-renewable subscription will be charged to iTunes Account once the purchase is confirmed. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited. Your subscription automatically renews within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renew is turned off before this deadline.

We all know about the use of mindfulness while developing the habit to be mindful is not easy. We found how to create this habit easily in the form of the game.
The Gratitude Timer.
Why is it important to thank yourself?
Evolutionarily, humans are better at remembering life-threatening negative events in order to avoid them in the future.
Pleasant events do not affect survival and therefore are not as well remembered.
Because of this evolutionary mechanism, humans may have the impression that life consists mostly of negative events.
However, this can be corrected. Just start writing down all the good events during the day to see that life provides a lot of positive emotions.
The Gratitude Timer will help you look at your life in a new way.
Every time you hear the timer, think of any pleasant event. It could be a delicious morning coffee, you got a good night's sleep, or you met a friend.
Write down and thank yourself for that event.
Over time, you'll learn to notice more and more pleasurable moments and begin to enjoy life even more!
Instant meditation is needed to bring you back to reality. To begin, set the Timer and answer these questions each time you hear the sound of a gong:
Awareness of place.
- Where are you now? Look at the walls, the furniture, look out the window. What's the weather like? What am I sitting on?
Awareness of body needs.
- Do I want to eat now? Do I want to move and stretch? Am I tired and I want to rest?
Awareness of thoughts.
- Am I now thinking about what I had originally planned?
This way of coming back to reality seems artificial at first, but over time you learn to better listen to your real needs and notice them at the right time. This will help you develop mindfulness.
Stress makes your muscles tense. In turn, tense muscles send alarm signals to the brain. Evolutionarily, humans relieved muscle tension from stress through unavoidable physical activity: running away or confronting danger. In the modern human body, stress often finds no outlet and persists for long periods of time. Thus a person gets caught in a vicious circle: tense muscles send a danger signal to the brain, anxious thoughts arise in the mind, which lead to a new tension in the body.
"Get into a resource state" is a practice aimed at getting out of this vicious circle: through the release of physical and mental tension.
