MoEYS E-Learning App is an official self-directed learning platform under the auspice of Ministry of Education Youth and Sport and the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia. This App comprises of features that support and encourage students to take the personal initiative, with or without the assistance of others, in diagnosing their learning needs, formulating learning goals, and evaluating learning outcomes.
