Vilja vs Workout SUM: Fitness Tracker Usage & Stats

This is a simple little app. It lets you set a variety of workout goals e.g. workout 2-3 times a week, or run 5K a week. You can choose one of the featured goals, customise the goal to your liking or create a completely custom goal.
