SKY Daily Reset is a tool for your success and wellbeing, Every Day! Studies have shown that just a few minutes of silence can have dramatic benefits for your nervous system, increasing calm and focus. Combine this rest with powerful breathing techniques that stimulate your vagus nerve, clear cortisol and adrenaline out of your system, and activate your executive functions, and you’re ready to feel good and perform at your best! Other studies have shown that the key to achieving and sustaining peak performance, is not how long you can keep pushing, but how well you can “reset,” release all the stress and get back to a restful and relaxed state. The better you are at relaxing quickly, the more easily you can take yourself back up to top focus and performance, with more joy and awareness, and less stress and anxiety! Once again, of all the methods of relaxation, very few are as quick or effective as our breath! Master your breath, and you master your mind, emotions, stress, and focus! To use this App, pick the amount of time that have for your daily “reset,” and enjoy a guided relaxation, with or without breathing practices. This App is meant as a resource for youth, educators and parents who have experienced the SKY Schools training programs (formerly YES! for Schools).
