SiteSense Mobile vs IPCSupport Usage & Stats

The SiteSense® Mobile App provides seamless field mobility to construction users with the ability to assign RFID tags, receive parts from Purchase Orders (POs) or Shipments, and fulfill Pick Tickets in online mode or offline mode. Utilizing the SiteSense® offline sync capabilities, users can sync their entire project database while on Wi-Fi or LTE and then go out into the field to locate, receive, or pick without an internet connection. The next time the device comes online, the SiteSense® Mobile App will automatically sync all changes and updates. The receiving functionality allows users to receive from a PO or Shipment document line by line, and for each line item they can take photos, assign RFID tags, select storage locations, and log UOSD (Unacceptable, Overage, Shortage, or Damage) tickets. Users can also open Pick Tickets and select which lines they picking, which quantities they are picking from each storage location, and complete the handover with details such as Handover Location, Recipient Name, Badge ID, and Signature. Additional functionalities also supported by the The SiteSense® Mobile App include barcode label printing and updating of Progress Tracks steps (both in online or offline mode).
