Testimonials from CFPC SAMP writers:
"I passed, PMB was super helpful."
- Sukhdeep
"I found PMB very helpful to do the quick "need to memorize" criteria for certain diagnosis. Very useful on the go, if I had 5 minutes here and there it didn't need to be a long study session. I was so glad I used it as a supplementary source to prepare. I passed!"
- Amelia
"I cleared my CCFP. PMB certainly helped. It gives a thorough review of each topic."

INTRODUCTION -
The clinical information contained in this application is a consensus from the physician group working at the Calgary Refugee Health Society, and is based on years of experience treating most of the refugees and refugee claimants in Calgary. It is meant to be used as a clinical resource to guide Canadian physicians (and other healthcare practitioners) through the initial screening and management of newly arrived refugees and refugee claimants. While these recommendations apply mainly to refugee patients, they could also be useful for physicians seeing newly arrived immigrants.
Refugee Care does not represent any government entity and is not related in any way to the Government of Canada.
CONTENT -
Refugee Care is divided into 4 main sections:
1. First Visit

2. Screening Results
Laboratory findings on the initial screening tests and their respective management.
3. Common Issues

4. Tools
Distribution/prevalence maps, tables/algorithms, links to other clinical resources, and a map of refugee clinics in Canada.
