Task Agent vs iQuickView Usage & Stats
The Task Agent mobile app is designed for utility field inspectors to collect asset attribute data on-the-go. Attributes including pole age, height, ground clearance, attachments, and more. Field technicians create, edit, and view tasks on a map.
App features:
• Supports iOS 10.0 and above
• Captures utility pole details and surrounding conditions
• Manages field tasks and work progress
• Utilizes map-enhanced searches
• Stores pole information and documents for remaining poles to audit, and saves project changes
• Users can work offline on downloaded tasks and synchronize locally-saved changes when a network connection becomes available
• Photos can be added to any task from a digital camera or photo library
Alden recommends that users sync locally-saved changes with the Alden server prior to upgrading to the latest version of the Task Agent app.
