Mayan Math vs Learn Arabic Alphabet Now Usage & Stats

A simple, and very cool, mayan calculator and decimal conversion app. Tap or drag a glyph onto another glyph in the glyph pad to combine them. Dots can be dragged to bars, and bars to dots. This glyph pad simplifies, yet enables the full range of glyphs from 0 to 19 available as a single glyph tile in the mayan number system. Want to convert digital to Mayan? Simply tap on the digital display (at the top), when the keyboard slides up enter the digital value. Tap Done to dismiss the keyboard and see the Mayan glyphs representation. The MayanMath engine portion of this app is now open sourced on Github as Montiel-Mobile/MayanMath. This is ideal for those who want to expand on it or use it for educational purposes. Please note that the code repository does not include the entire app, only the MayanMath class. Enjoy and share!

The Arabic Alphabet Now App is a learning tool to help you learn to read and write the Arabic alphabet in either abjadi or hijai order. The entire alphabet is presented in 9 lessons that cover the modern script and vowel systems. It is ideal for the beginner and comes with clear pronunciation guides. You will hear the name of each letter, the sound they make and a sample word. After completing each lesson, a multiple choice quiz will help you test what you've learned. With it's simple interface you can learn the alphabet in a few days. Program covers: - Nine lessons with the Arabic script - Drawing letters - Long and Short Vowels - Pronunciation - Quiz for all the letters Study the letters in each lesson and write them down several times. Use the Write tab to learn to write letters in each of the scripts. Click on completed, once you know the lesson. Use the quiz to test your knowledge. Only the lessons marked completed appear in the quiz.
