InfoLink® Mobile App vs MyInsights - Field Service App Usage & Stats

The InfoLink Mobile App provides easy mobile access to key features in Crown Equipment’s InfoLink fleet and operator management system, which captures real-time operational data to improve safety, operator accountability and forklift fleet utilization. The app provides visibility into the status of each lift truck in the fleet and the ability to view and manage alarms associated with various activities. The messages feature incorporated in the InfoLink software is also available in the InfoLink Mobile App, enabling a supervisor to communicate with just one or several operators through the lift truck’s display module. Once the operator’s lift truck comes to a complete stop, the message appears, and the operator may select one of up to four reply options the supervisor can review in the mobile app or the web-based management console. • The MyInsights application from Toyota Material Handling is a Telematics application created for the Field Service Technicians to manage the Forklift/Truck. • The application uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect the application to the Telematics device. • This application presents information to the Field Service Technicians in a clean and easy-to-use interface and allows them to perform various actions on the Vehicle and the Telematics device. • Using this application, the Field Service Technicians can perform the following activities: o Search the Sites and Forklift/Trucks within a site for Vehicle-Device pairing. o Get detailed information about the site like Site Name, Site ID, and Site Address. o Get detailed information about the Vehicle and the Telematics device like Vehicle Model, Vehicle Serial, Vehicle Manufacturer, Device Serial Number, Device Wi-Fi MAC Address, etc. o Pair and Unpair a Vehicle with a Telematics device. o Diagnose the Vehicle and Telematics device issues. o Check the active and resolved Telematics errors. o Check the active and resolved Vehicle errors. o Reboot the Telematics device. o Perform a Factory Reset of the device. • This application is available in 3 languages (English, French Canadian, and Spanish) giving the users the flexibility to choose their preferred language. Note: To successfully login to the application, the user should first get an invite.
