With mRes you can: • Directly connect to your department’s Peer Support team and ways they can help • Easily find department, local and national resources to support you and your family • Dive into the stress-management and resiliency building tools to strengthen performance on and off the clock • Set and track goals to enhance your life and career • Find ways to increase motivation and resolve by trying out various tips on career, sleep, nutrition, family support and more. mRes is a component of the mResilience® service — a customizable research-based resiliency training and companion mobile application program for first responder communities. The training was developed specifically for first responder agencies with no prior resilience training to agencies who have had extensive instruction.
