Euclid's work, The Elements, was a collection of all the mathematical knowledge of his time. This work was essentially a series of 13 books on various topics related to the geometry of two dimensional figures, arithmetic, and the geometry of three-dimensional shapes. Euclid's work served as a mathematical textbook for teaching geometry for centuries. Euclid defined the principles of what is now called Euclidean geometry. Using this app students will learn about the small set of axioms that Euclid used a to develop geometric proofs.
