Info:
A clock chime is a melody that plays at set intervals, usually on the hour, to signify the passing of time. These chimes are commonly heard from grandfather clocks, carillons, or bell towers, and different melodies are often tied to specific locations or towers.
A striking clock, also called a chiming clock, audibly strikes the hours on a bell or gong. In the typical 12-hour striking system, the clock strikes once at 1:00 AM, twice at 2:00 AM, and continues up to twelve times at 12:00 PM. It then repeats the process from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Note: Ensure notifications are enabled for the chimes to work properly.
Notification sound will be disabled if the phone is in Low Power Mode, Do Not Disturb mode, or Sleep mode.

Imagine a repeater (or chiming) watch on your phone. Now imagine being able to actuate this ‘complication’ in real time. Not everyone can own a watch of this complexity but for the first time anyone can enjoy the sound and magic of this mechanical art. Make no mistake, this is not CGI. This is the real thing!!
The first timepiece is a quarter repeater which, when actuated, strikes the number of hours and then the number of quarter hours since the last hour. The mechanism uses 2 chimes of different tones. The low tone signals the hours, and the high tone the quarter hours. The chimes are created by two hammers which strike gongs.
Both sides of the watch are visible (by selecting ‘dial side’ or ‘mechanism’). Again, the real time is always indicated.
More timepieces will be added as the app develops.
