Log your functional fitness workouts with WodUp and track your progress. *** For gym members *** If your gym or coach uses WodUp, you can: • See the workout and come prepared • Log results and track your progress • Connect with others at your gym or following the same program Your gym will tell you how to link your WodUp account, either with an invitation email, or an access code. *** Individual mode *** If you are not following a program from a WodUp gym or publisher, you can still use WodUp for free to log your workouts and track your progress.
