ENSURE YOU ARE TRACKING PROJECTS, PHASES AND ACTIVITIES
With the Monograph app you can be sure that your all your time is accounted for properly by assigning it to the correct project (or overhead), phase and activity. You'll also be able to include notes so that your project manager and admin have all the information they need for seamless billing.
USE THE TIMER TO BE MOST ACCURATE
To ensure your tracking is most accurate, you can simply start and stop a timer for any time entry as you shift from one task to another. This can be used whether you are tracking your time on the go or even as you switch between projects at your desk. Having it available on your phone means you use the same method for tracking no matter the setting.
TRACK EXPENSES BY TAKING A PHOTO
Simply take a photo of your receipts and we'll fill in the info for you. You can of course create expenses manually, choose from your existing photo library and keep track of the status of all your submitted expenses.

Similar to most of the features in Monograph, we can save you time when you combine this app with other features. Specifically, we'll have one click options to track time to projects or overheads that you are scheduled to work on through the Staffing tools.
