Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM is a powerful, Cloud and Premise Service Management solution that transforms service and support teams, help desks and service desks from tactical service providers to strategic business enablers. Built on industry best practices, Ivanti Service Manager provides integration and development capabilities to connect to other tools for end-to-end process automation while enabling customers to quickly create new user interfaces, business rules, dashboards or add new functionality designed to meet their needs. Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM App enables analysts to manage their Incidents, Tasks and Service Requests from their mobile devices. They can contact their customers via phone, email or chat with a tap and update the relevant record with details of the interaction.  Easy search and filter capabilities enables them to gain quick access to key information. Software is dedicated for Ericsson employees, third parties and customers. Application can be accessed only by authorized users, who need to have Ericsson accounts and be enrolled for Ericsson strong authentication.
