The virtual ticket is now on your smartphone. You can monitor the status of your ticket any time, anywhere. The app shows the estimated time when you will be called, allowing you to use your time more effectively while waiting for you turn. You are no longer restricted to wait in a designated waiting area. When it is near to your turn, the app will generate an alert for you to get ready to proceed to the store.
