Prosody Assessment vs Inference Clues Usage & Stats
This is the examiner version of The Prosody Assessment, an interactive, 2-iPad assessment app that helps SLPs and their clients evaluate, understand, and address prosody challenges. You will need to download both this app and the Prosody Assessment - Client app in order to administer the assessment.
This interactive, 2-iPad assessment app helps SLPs and their clients evaluate, understand, and address prosody challenges. Created by a team of SLPs and computer scientists and funded by the NIH, the Prosody Assessment evaluates 12 different areas of expressive and receptive prosody. The assessment concludes with an in-app results screen denoting areas of strength and challenge and clinicians are provided with a pdf report that can be printed or digitally shared with clients, caregivers, and staff. It can be administered in 45 minutes and features the voices of people of all ages and genders, real photographs, and big, bright, easy-to-touch response buttons.

Inference Ace 2 is targeted to children in Grades 2-5 who can read the words (decode), but who need help with understanding what they read.
