Remote Control for the SM Series Wireless Transmitters with Voice Output. Quick and easy remote control for your SM Series transmitters by sending a coded audio signal through an attached microphone with your iPhone oriPad. Includes sounds for : - Sleep mode (on / off) - Lock mode (lock / unlock) - Power mode (25mW / 50 mW / 100 mW / 250 mW) - Audio gain (0 - 44) - Frequency Mode (486.400 - 870.375 MHz / Block 19 - 33) - Lowcut frequency (35 - 150 Hz) - LED (on/off) All sounds can be played with an optional voice command in multiple languages  (English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese). The voice commands can be changed individually for each language. Frequencies can be selected by block and channel or entered alphanumerically in 100 kHz or 25 kHz steps. It is also possible to control a transmitter with different frequency blocks by entering the hexadecimal value (0 - F).  However, the displayed frequency will not match the actual frequency set. SonicRemote supports dark mode and a volume control that is not connected to your device's mute switch. Due to regional settings, the power sounds may not work as intended. In this case, an alternative set can be used Your receiver must be software and hardware enabled for remote control.  Some of the implemented features may not be supported due to series or software version.

Lectrosonics® SM transmitters must be configured to accept remote control tones. Hold down arrow while turning on the transmitter. Then select "rc on". The original SM requires firmware version 1.5 (released 12/05) to respond to the remote. The firmware version number appears upon turning on the unit.
