The WoundMatrix Patient App allows patients to securely upload wound images from their mobile device to their Care Provider for assessment and measurement. Patients activate the App with a unique registration number that is generated by their Care Provider using the WoundMatrix Clinical Solution.

When given an account by their wound care provider, patients or caregivers can gather images, document their own wounds and securely share this information with their provider. Wound measurements are automatically calculated and sent to the patient's chart using state-of-the-art wound analysis algorithms.
