MVP members, whose coverage includes this benefit, can get the expert advice they need without driving to the doctor’s office. Choose from a wide range of primary and specialty care providers, including MDs, behavioral health specialists, nutritionists, and lactation consultants - and no need to make an appointment for urgent care visits! Certified medical professionals will meet with you via your smartphone, tablet, or personal computer to assess your needs, provide treatment plans, and in some cases write a prescription. We recommend that you coordinate any required follow-up care with your primary care physician. This service is a covered benefit for eligible MVP members, upon renewal.
