eRAMx vs MICRODAM MDi Usage & Stats
Approved Criminal Justice and Behavioral Health Officials can utilize the eRAMx application to establish a live non-recorded video conference with their participants. Pre-set times are programmed into the application which notifies the participant of an upcoming video session. During the video session, the case manager can manage a limited amount of camera functionality to assure that they can see and hear the participant accordingly. Saving time from having the participant report to the office, or having to physically go out into the field, the eRAMx application allows the case manager to log a contact with the participant from which they can perform any number of verbal tasks based on the evolving case plan of that individual.
