The apps Horus condition report are designed to address the specific needs of conservation professionals, museum professionals, art dealers, and art collectors. The Pro version is the complete version with import and export features, without limit of pictures, with treatment reports feature, and more developed fields dedicated to preventive conservation and packing. The accurate and detailed condition reports can be illustrated with annotated pictures to localize the alterations. These reports include: ● one page to specify the context of the report, describe and identify the artwork ● pictures and mappings to localize the damages ● detailed views and comments ● additional photographies ● one page for recommendations and signatures. The report is stored within the app and can then be sent via email, uploaded to a cloud, drive, or an app to read PDF (iBooks, Goodreader...). You can too download it from Itunes and don't need any internet connection. Except for sending reports by mail, downloading the app, and updates, the app is working outline. Main features: ● In-app mappings for greater clarity and precision ● Automatic extraction of picture close-ups, saving time and improving accuracy ● Professional and customizable list of typical materials and damage types ● Single-device process throughout. From the pictures to the comments, texts, signatures, and sending out of the report, everything is done on-site with the object right under your eyes. No need for a scanner, graphics tablet, laptop, wifi... ● Available in French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Swedish, Dutch, Modern Standard Arabic, Portuguese. Specialized terminology has been approved by conservation professionals and reports can be translated (excepted free text) ● Easier subsequent condition report of the same artwork (for art transport...) ● Sort of the documents by the date or by the accession number and folders creations ● Import and export functions in .CSV and JSON ● Dedicated fields for treatments to edit a treatment report ● More developed fields for recommendations Pictures are automatically stored on your device. Annotated pictures can be extracted as a .jpg file for later use in other conservation documents. Excerpts of the report leaving out the first and last pages can also be created. The Pro version includes features to manage groups of reports, to import datas, export, and to archive editable reports, to prefill reports, and synchronize the app with your software for collection management. The number of photos is no longer limited and you can add treatments in your reports with a special, dedicated field including text and pictures.
