Use the in-app camera to take a quick snap of it, and use the picture to enter the reading into the app. Is your water meter somewhere dark? No worries! Use the in-app torch to help you read the meter. These useful tools will make it easier to read your water meter and keep track of your readings and bills. Check And Report Water Supply Issues If you're experiencing a problem with your water supply, the app will help you to check for any known issues with your water, or report a problem to us anytime, anywhere. These include: - Water leaks - No water - A change in water pressure - Blocked sinks, toilets, and drains - A change in the colour, taste, or odour of water - Sewer flooding - Blocked road drains and grids Requirements You must have a United Utilities account number to register for the app.* If you are a new customer, please search online for ‘United Utilities New Customer’ to sign up for a new account. *You can still Report a problem and check Issues with your water without an account number. Take control of your account with the E.ON Next app. Whether you’re a home or business customer, you can now manage your account quickly and easily whenever, wherever. Here’s what you can do – · Use FaceID or Touch ID login so you never have to worry about remembering your password again. · Set a new password if you’ve recently been moved over to us (as long as you’re getting emails from us, the app is ready and waiting for you to use!) · Send in your meter readings – we’re even got a handy in app torch for those dark & dingy meter cupboards. · View and download your statements as well as keep up to date with your latest account balance. · Make payments easily. · Check your tariff details and renewal dates. · Manage your account information. · Opt in to get reminders when there’s something new to see or we need something from you. Smart Pay As You Go – · Check your balance and top up when you need to. · Look through your top up history and get your payment code if needed. · Opt in for low balance push alerts straight to your phone.
