Delivered by the Physical Activity Research Group at CQUniversity, the Program supports individuals, organisations and communities to incorporate more activity into daily living through evidence-based tools and resources also available at 10000steps.org.au. This mobile app does not count your steps. On this app, you can: · Add steps and minutes of activity · Sync steps from Apple Health · See progress towards your daily goal · View progress graphs and steps statistics · Access the annual Public Leaderboard · Create personalised reminders · Connect with friends and family · View Group progress and compare steps · View team Tournament progress · Join Monthly Challenges from around the world · Read evidence-based physical activity articles Additional tracker connections can be set up through Apple Health to integrate with the 10,000 Steps mobile app, more information is available at 10000steps.org.au/support. The Coordinator Hub, accessible at 10000steps.org.au, makes it easy to create Tournaments and manage team members, access team statistics and utilise Resources.
