CoValue is a cloud-based Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Business Valuation App that enables users to:

Financial Data of over 10000+ Listed Companies across Multiple Exchanges including the US and India is integrated into the app. Thus, the user doesn't have to look out for data or classify them, this speeds up the process of valuation. The user can also input their financial data.
The App consists of 5 modules:
Know Your Worth, where one can value a company. The Discounted Cash Flows Valuation model is used to derive the Intrinsic value.
Expectations Valuation is a Reverse DCF which helps to understand what expectation value drivers is built in the stock price.
Perception, makes valuation of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Companies and Indices using Discounted Future Earnings Model and, helps Decrypt P/E Multiples.
Value Augmentation Module helps to analyze the impact of various decisions on Investing & Creating Shareholder Value. You can also conduct a What-If analysis based on various assumptions under various scenarios.
Quick Tools helps for swift computations of CAGR, Compounding, Cost of Equity, Cost of Capital (WACC), CAPM, Pre and Post Money Valuation, etc.

Premium – Monthly/Yearly
Gain access to all the modules within the app through this plan. The plan comes with unrestricted use of World Databank for the period of subscription. The Monthly subscription would be for one month and the Yearly subscription would be for one year, and the charge would come into effect immediately post the end of the free use period.

Payment and Auto Renewal
Upon confirmation of purchase, the payment for a chosen plan would be charged to the iTunes account of the subscriber
Automatic subscription renewals happen unless auto-renew is turned off, at least 24-hours prior to the end of the existing period
Renewal happens within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the subscriber’s account is charged accordingly
The user is able to manage the subscription, and it is possible to turn off the auto-renewal by logging in to the account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Intrinsic Value Calculator EPS will allow you to calculate Intrinsic Value of stocks based on Benjamin Graham's EPS formula.
Calculator will also allow you to save your calculations to your iPhone and load saved calculations from "Load Saved Data" or "My Portfolio" screens for further updates.
Calculator has help button with explanations for each input parameter required for calculation. Clicking help button will display help screen with explanation on where to obtain or how to calculate each input parameter. Clicking "About EPS Calculator" button will display explanation of Benjamin Graham's EPS formula. Calculator includes examples of Intrinsic Value calculation for NVDA, AMZN, TSLA, MSFT, AAPL, META, GOOG, NFLX, BIDU and BABA based on EPS formula.

2. Company Name.
3. EPS - Earnings Per Share - can be obtained from company's annual report form 10-K
4. PE Ratio for no-growth company. Graham used value of 8.5
5. Expected Growth Rate for the next 5 years.
6. AAA Bond Current Yield
7. AAA Bond 5 Year Average Yield
8. Current market price of the stock, used for comparison with Intrinsic Value.
