You even add custom metadata to make searching more accurate, all without ever changing the original file. Ever though about narrating a photo, PDF, or PowerPoint file? Not a problem, just record your voice, or someone else’s voice, and it will be added to the original file as an attachment. A transcript of the recording will be made automatically, and the recording is made searchable using the words spoken during the recording.
