Ma Tau Chung Government Primary School (Hung Hom Bay) (formerly Known as Ma Tau Chung Government Primary school) (PM) was founded in Kowloon City in 1962. It move to its present site and became a whole-day government primary school in September 2001. There are 30 Class with over 1,000 pupils at our school.

「積極增值」獎勵計劃運用新設立「電子系統」之獎勵方法，培養學生積極求進的態度及累積成就感，顧及學生各方面平衡發展，更有效地為學生建立積極的學習風氣和態度。在家校合作下，共同扶掖學生健康正向成長，使學生進德修業，以收教育宏效。
在計劃中，學生以完成不同範疇的小任務，透過流動應用程式「積極增值」獎勵計劃app 記錄成就。學生可以勳章兑換他們自選的禮品，在上、下學期頒發獎項以示鼓勵。
「積極增值」獎勵計劃是由聖公會聖提摩太小學，簡稱STPS，與北斗星工作室有限公司，簡稱BDS，共同推行。一切版權歸以上兩機構所有。
