Digiposte, your secure digital safe
The Digiposte application allows you to store your important documents, such as proof of address, identity documents or pay slips, and have them with you whenever, in a secured digital space.
With Digiposte you can :
Add your important documents from your phone gallery, your files or from a third-party application.
See all your supporting documents in the same time, so you can prepare your administrative procedures.
Secure access to your documents by activating biometric unlocking.
Quickly share your documents with third parties.
SAVE AND ADD YOUR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
Your documents received from your employer, organizations or sent from your Digiposte email address are visible in your application, in the "Safe" section of the main menu.
You can manually add all your documents to your safe:
By importing them from another application, from your files or from your phone gallery.
By emailing them to your Digiposte safe (accessible from your profile settings on the website).
A SPECIFIC VIEW OF YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
All the documents you need for your administrative procedures can be accessed via the "Supporting documents" section of the main menu. You'll find all your identity, residency, income, health, education, professional and finance documents. Add them for a mortgage, rental, identity card/passport renewal or power of attorney for registered mail or parcel delivery....
SHARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
Share a document quickly and easily by sending it by e-mail or SMS, or via your favorite application.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
Digiposte has made security its priority. Strict compliance with industry rules and standards guarantees the security, continuity, confidentiality and integrity of stored data, including health data. All documents and data are hosted exclusively in France.
To reinforce the security of your account, you can activate double authentication by receiving an SMS code or a code provided by the authentication application of your choice.
Reconnect quickly and securely to your application using your phone's unlocking mode (fingerprint, facial recognition). Activate this unlocking mode in your application profile.
