Your dysphagia therapist may assist in composing an individual training program. You can choose exercises aimed at the problem you are experiencing and register the number of repetitions to be performed. It is generally suitable to do exercises 3 times a day. The number of repetitions must be adjusted to your ability. This means, that you can get slightly tired in your muscles after training, but you must not feel exhausted or be in pain.
