MortQ Mortgage Qualifier vs GoldRatio Usage & Stats

MortQ is a mortgage payment calculator designed by a real estate professional to quickly calculate the metrics used by lenders and cooperative apartment boards to qualify real estate purchasers. MortQ provides access to a table of current mortgage rates that can be selected, or users can enter their own rates. In addition to mortgage rate, term and principal amount, users can also enter other relevant monthly expense data and annual income data to calculate a monthly debt to income ratio (DTI) - a key factor in determining one's ability to borrow for and purchase a home. There are no advertisements in MortQ and no data is uploaded from your phone. All data entered is stored locally on your mobile device so that specific values can be changed for different property prices, mortgage rates, etc. A complete analysis detailing input data, after-purchase liquidity amounts, and estimated after-tax monthly payments can be emailed to save a text version of the app’s output. Each analysis can be stored as a separate MortQ data file to provide quick access to various property, income or rate scenarios.

GoldRatio

GoldRatio is a program for ratio charts. Ratios are a powerful tool to compare the performance of two assets over a certain period of time. The program calculates ratio charts of 60 different values (commodities, currencies, indexes, stocks and bond futures). For example the gold/silver ratio or the dow/oil ratio. Every combination is possible, even more exotic charts like for example the price of apple shares in soybeans. The app can also be used to calculate commodity price charts in various currencies. (F.e.: The silver/euro ratio is the price for silver in euro) Two ratios can be compared in the same chart. The charts can be displayed with absolute ratio values or with percent values. In percent mode both charts start at 100% Depending on the data up to 12 different time frames between 45 days and 180 years can be calculated. 38 Days, 200 Days or 10 Years averages can be shown, too. GoldRatio2 stores the settings for 15 different ratio charts (Bookmarks). You can scroll through the charts by dragging them with your finger from left to right. The program is resolution independent and takes full advantage of iPad or retina screen resolutions. It works in portrait or landscape mode.
