Being able to identify what stage or arena you are writing about, as you Dance Your Life, helps you organize your thinking in the moment, and later as you review your journal or messages. The Dialogue icon can be used with any circumstance, person or event you choose to engage with. You can use them in Messages to yourself or others as you Dance with Life.
