The app includes Navy guidance regarding assignments, retention, separation, leave and much more. Sailors can have both a family and a successful Navy career when both Sailors and their commands understand their roles and responsibilities. This app makes that task easier by including pertinent regulations, instructions and references from a variety of sources in one easy-to-use app. The app helps Sailors understand the personal and professional responsibilities that come with parenthood while serving in the Navy. The app also offers command leadership and supervisors information regarding their roles, appropriate expectations, and required actions when speaking with Sailors who are starting or expanding a family. The application is divided into the following sections for ease of use: -- Pregnancy Guidelines, Limitations and Responsibilities: provides information about workplace assignments, medical considerations, pregnancy loss, abortion and related topics.
