The Manoa neighborhood, and the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa in particular, has been a major beneficiary of this law. Cowlitz Salish Keyboard is the iOS app that lets you type correct Cowlitz Salish into any text area on your iOS mobile device by simply switching into the Cowlitz Salish Keyboard Layout.
1. Open the Cowlitz App
2. Select "Go to Keyboard Settings"
3. Select "Add New Keyboard"
