Our focus is on residential dwellings and the unaddressed problems that affect each individual tenant. Do you notice the person hides behind the door in fear but a couple of weeks later the problem is resolved? We're taking the same exact approach but using the power of social media instead. We know that the majority of people are living paycheck to paycheck and they don't have the time, energy, or money to go to court and fight their landlord. We assign each building a letter grade from A+ to F based on the complaints the tenants post. You can view each and every complaint inside our app. Tenants create a user name and post under that name. Tenants are in complete control of their posts and only they can remove their complaints.
