SGSecure is Singapore’s community response to the threat of terrorism. It is a movement to build the resilience of our community and a call to action to everyone in our society to come together to safeguard Singapore and our way of life. Use the SGSecure app to: - send videos, photos and incident details to the authorities if you see anything suspicious. - receive timely alerts from the authorities in the event of major emergencies, as well as security-related updates and advisories. - activate the Personal SOS feature to contact the Police via the Police’s SMS 71999 service, and allow them to access your approximate location, if you require emergency Police assistance but are unable to call ‘999’. - contact the authorities when you require emergency assistance. - respond to nearby cardiac arrest cases and minor fires. - locate the nearest AED in your vicinity. - be informed of the latest SGSecure initiatives and announcements via the home screen. - locate nearby emergency facilities e.g. Civil Defence Public Shelters.
