How it works Shortly before boarding a vehicle, such as train, bus, tram or boat, simply swipe the "Start" button in the FAIRTIQ app. Your final destination does not need to be entered. If a conductor requests ticket validation, click the "Show ticket" button and the QR code will automatically be displayed in the app. Once you have arrived at your destination, swipe the "Stop" button in FAIRTIQ. The optimised cost for your trip is then displayed in the app. Companion mode: With this new function, not only do you get a valid ticket easily and conveniently, but also your fellow companions. Parkingpay parking spaces and a large number of parking spaces from municipalities throughout Switzerland round off the largest Swiss parking offer in one app. And here’s why the SBB P+Rail app is so simple and fast: The app always knows exactly where your nearest parking space is, so you don’t need to go to the information board. Extra information about the parking spaces is displayed for each location, such as the number of electric car charging stations or important restrictions. If you make a mistake while booking, you can easily cancel your parking payment independently within the first few minutes. You can access an overview of your active, expired and refunded parking tickets. You can store several number plates and save your personal favourite locations in the quick selection view.
