DivTech vs ProjectCentric Usage & Stats
DivTech app integrates with Diversified Ticketing Software. The app gives "authenticated" technicians access to work order details, scope of work document and tickets. You can upload photos to a ticket from your photo library as well as update the status of assigned tasks. You can view the list of parts and tools required and access Knowledge base articles relevant to the service visit. In order to access these features, you must be working with a company that utilizes Diversified Ticketing Software.
For "non-authenticated" users, the app provides the functionality to scan one or more barcodes and copy them to an email or another application on the mobile device. The following barcode types are currently supported:
