Off Year: Westchester app analytics for December 17

"Off Year: Westchester" is an app designed for the Westchester County Democratic Committee (WCDC). It is offered free of charge to any member, as well as organizations and individuals associated with the WCDC. "Off Year: Westchester" provides data and documents pertaining to off-year or local elections, including election results, registration and turnout data, likely voter models, maps, registration forms, and other documents that may be useful to a candidate or campaign organization.
