HexFiller vs Filler: Color Fill Usage & Stats

An early home-computer strategy game carefully re-designed with a clean, simple interface for the iPhone and iPad. Winning against the computer requires both a good strategy and the ability to recognize spacial patterns. Select a color to capture hexagons of that color adjoining the hexagons you have already captured. Block your opponent with strategic moves. Capture more hexagons than the iPhone/iPad to win. Each game is short so you can play when you have a few minutes to spare. Statistics shows your record over time. Easy to learn how to play with a "Hint" overlay at game startup which can be hidden when you no longer need it. Plus a good instructions page to more fully describe the game. Minimal settings to worry about: select to play against the strategy of either Player A or Player B; enter your name to personalize your game. NOTES: (1) This game may be difficult for color-blind players. (2) If you enjoy the game, let us know what changes and enhancements you would like.

The game consists of a board with random colors cells. Player usually starts from a white cell at the top-left corner of the board, but this can be changed in different modes of play. At each round, the player chooses a color for the flooded region which may flood adjacent regions, expanding the flooded region. The final objective is to flood all the board. Try a relaxing game of filler, or compete against a computer opponent.
