Discover this new 100% free version which includes a number of new features! GOAL On a regular basis, you will be asked to choose a goal to reach, whether it is a time, a distance to cover or calories to burn. To achieve these goals, several types of exercises are available. PRACTICE - Free sessions to start a session quickly with or without a goal. - Guided sessions to reach your goals according to the different categories available. - You can now create your own interval session! The creation of this session is based on the principle of alternating intense and moderate efforts. To do this, select a warm-up, then program the duration of each action and rest phase as well as the repetitions that will constitute your session.
