The SEHATi app is an application that provides a central and secure place for your health and fitness information at your fingertips. It is easily accessible and fully under your control. Features: • Check your eligibility for the FREE Health Screening Program (HSP) and book an appointment at the nearest available clinic to you. • Visualize and securely store health data from your clinic visits. • Browse interactive charts to review your health data over time and view recommendations to assist you to get your readings back to normal range. • See briefly how a given health metric is progressing with trend analysis. • Gain deep health insight to your health risks through analysis of your personal health data. • Use this app to gain access to all Health Promotion activities including health event participation, Medical Benefits and more features coming soon.

VHC Health

VHC Health is making health care as mobile as you are with its VHC Health app. Patients can access health information on a mobile device, anywhere and anytime – whenever it’s convenient for you.
