The Zurich Production Solutions app helps drive a culture of quality and safety across productions through communication and insights.
Leave the paper and clipboards behind. Zurich Production Solutions is an easy-to-use app that helps connect employees, third party contractors, vendors and management. Create and track inspections, build and deploy mobile forms with QR code access, utilize exclusive Zurich Risk Insights, create and deliver Safety Talk trainings and more. Works offline when a wireless or Wi-Fi connection is not available.

FEATURE OVERVIEW
PRODUCTIONS – Manage multiple productions within the same app.
INSPECTIONS – Empower your production team to help reduce risk through digital inspections on their mobile device. Choose from a library of production hazard categories (e.g. electrical, housekeeping, rigging, fall protection, location hazard analysis and more) or create your own. Add photos, notes, and assign corrective action(s) for follow up and collaboration between team member(s) and/or external party(ies). Tracking inspection status and progress is easy from both the app and Risk Dashboard.
MOBILE FORMS WITH QR CODE ACCESS – Replace paper-based forms with digital forms that can be completed by anyone with the app or via QR code access. Leverage over 150 forms or build new ones based on your existing paper forms. Data is captured digitally, directly from the user, reducing errors and providing faster access to information. Mobile forms can cover a wide variety of topics, such as Equipment Safety, Accident reporting, permits, Job hazard Analysis, and any other paper-based form that is important to your organization.
QR CODE ACCESS – Generate a QR code through the system, place at key areas on your job site(s) so respective personnel can access a specific mobile form and production even if they do not have the app. Those that do not have the app will fill out the form via a system-generated web form.
SAFETY TALKS – Use our safety topics or create your own to help your team lead site safety discussions that help create a culture of safety awareness. Provided safety talks include a summary, key points, things to consider, and items for discussion. Signatures and photos can be taken and attached within the app for proper attendee documentation. Example Safety Talks include aerial lifts, confined space entry, ladder safety and much more.
ZURICH RISK TOPICS – Questions on how to identify or handle a task, risk or exposure correctly. Get guidance and share from the 100+ Risk Topics developed by Zurich’s Risk Engineers on various risks like Slip/Trip/Fall prevention, Fatigue, Infectious Disease, and much more.
COMPANY NEWS – Create your own company news to post during a scheduled or ad hoc period to keep your team up-to-date with production information.
FILE CABINET – Provide access to important documents, such as safety manuals, procedures or certifications, digitally and strengthen version control.
SUGGESTION BOX – Quickly receive and categorize employee suggestions to improve site quality and safety.
RISK DASHBOARD – A snapshot view of inspections and issues helps you understand where action may need to be taken.
