This dictionary is specially designed for Brazilians who study the French language. Containing more than 28,000 entries, it covers the essential vocabulary for correct use of this language. The contents of the entire dictionary follows the Portuguese Language Orthographic Vocabulary (VOLP, 5th edition, March 2009), respecting the changes introduced by the Portuguese Language Orthographic Agreement of 1990. The application was created using state-of-the-art technology, presenting results immediately when querying for a word, with a clean and objective user interface optimized for iPhone/iPod and iPad. Hoepli Gastronomy Dictionary

The app covers the rich terminology related to food and drinks, providing precise translations of the various terms, which in most cases are not found in a standard dictionary. It consists in five languages, namely Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, and is equipped with more than 4000 entries for each language. This dictionary is intended for hotel and restaurant managers, dining room staff, students of training school for hotel and restaurant service personnel, and for clients of the hotel industry. It is designed as a practical tool for the preparation and understanding of the menu and the conversation at the restaurant The app's interface has been redesigned to provide a simpler and more intuitive experience. You can swipe the definitions to the right to return to the search results and improve the readability by pinching the text with two fingers to zoom in and out. In addition, you can tap on any word within the definitions and look it up directly in the dictionary without having to type it into the search box.
