BURN is wellness studio offering customized group fitness classes in LED/NIR Red + Blue Light, Infrared Heat Therapy BURN Method classes are RESULTS driven and uniquely developed by Maria Chase with a strategic approach to effectively redesigning the physique, boosting the metabolism by building lean muscle to BURN more fat. Classes range from our foundational BURN45, a weighted swift succession style class, to ISOBURN, a Pilates and Sculpt based Isometric sequencing workout. Each class offers a unique and wholistic approach to muscular design and conditioning resulting in a balanced, beautiful and strong physique for all fitness levels. Classes range from 45-60 minutes and are designed to be easily modified to accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced. We believe weights are the fountain of youth and a key component to an efficient fat burning workout. The BURN Method is a science-backed, results-driven workout style developed by Maria Chase. It strategically redesigns the physique by building lean muscle to effectively burn more fat while boosting metabolism.
Our classes range from the foundational BURN45, a weighted swift succession HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout, to ISOBURN, a Pilates-based, low-impact, high-intensity method of targeted isometric sequencing that sculpts and lengthens lean muscles.
Each BURN Method class, available on demand, ranges from 15 to 50 minutes and offers a unique approach to muscular design and conditioning resulting in a balanced, beautiful, and strong physique that is suitable for all fitness levels. All workouts are designed to be done anywhere, anytime and can be done with or without equipment.
Weights are a key component to an effective fat-burning workout; therefore, the suggested and recommended equipment for BURN Method classes includes dumbbells ranging from 1 to 10 lbs., mini-loop latex resistance bands ranging from light to heavy, ankle weights ranging from 1 to 5 lbs., and sliders.
To access all features and content you can subscribe to BURN On-Demand on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.
