THE NEURO PT is a fitness app which aims to: * Help people smash their rehab journeys after a traumatic brain injury. * Help people with neurological conditions access tailored, high-quality fitness programs. * Educate people about the brain, health and fitness. * Spread word about the latest research in the fitness industry. Here are just some of the features that you will get from THE NEURO PT app: * Tailored fitness programs created and updated by a personal coach to boost your brain. * Online fitness challenges to motivate you throughout the year. * Blog posts to empower and educate you to understand your brain and body. * Access to THE NEURO PT community for accountability and friends. Who is THE NEURO PT? I founded THE NEURO PT in 2022 when I was working as a support worker in neurorehabilitation. I have been exposed to brain damage from a young age as I lost my dad to a brain tumour when I was 8 and then went on to lose my mum to a brain tumour when I was 17. This built a big passion for understand the brain as I went on to do a Cognitive Neuroscience MSc. I have a big passion for fitness and so put the two together to create THE NEURO PT. My mission with the App is to make high-quality fitness programs available to everyone who has suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury or has a neurological condition as currently, fitness programs are not accessible or tailored to you guys.
